About Baxter Construction & Restoration

Brice started Baxter Construction as his “one man” show in the summer of 1995. Long days turned into long nights, but each day he spent serving his customers spread the reputation we are still known for today. On June 21, 2025 the company marked 30 years of serving this community, and it is still a family business on River Road in Yakima.

The last 30 years have been awesome, and we look forward to the next 30. Family owned and operated, we treat everyone like our friend and neighbor.

Mission

We strive to exceed client expectations, communicating consistently throughout the process.

Integrity, respect, compassion.

“Aim for perfection, accept excellence.”

The whole company

One crew, one phone number, 24/7

We are a locally owned, mid-size, family-oriented business operating in the Yakima Valley, with a second office in Kennewick. Every vehicle and technician is branded, background checked and drug free, and our First Response team answers property damage calls day and night: 30 minute first contact, onsite within hours.

Showing up for the valley

The crew has presented donation checks to Yakima County K9 deputies outside the River Road building. When wildfire hit, we posted our response for neighbors in the Selah area during the Evans Canyon Fire in 2020, and for the Goose Prairie and Bumping Lake area during the Schneider Creek Fire in 2021.
