Bathroom Remodel in Yakima
A bathroom is a place of refreshment. We specialize in beautiful, custom bathrooms built to hold up to constant use.
Chapter 01
Bathrooms deteriorate faster than any other room
A bathroom is a place of refreshment. It needs to be functional, it needs to feel clean and warm, and it should help you relax.
It is also in constant use, which means it wears out quickly. Grout lets go, caulk fails, a slow leak starts behind the wall. Few things are less appealing than rusty toilets and clogged drains, and by the time you notice the damage it is often bigger than the surface.

Custom bathrooms, and Certified Aging in Place
We specialize in beautiful, custom bathrooms. By blending our experience in the essentials with your imagination, we help you create a bathroom that enhances your life.
Brice Baxter holds the CAPS designation, Certified Aging in Place, so a bathroom can be built to stay usable as the people in the house get older: a curbless shower, grab bars where a hand falls naturally, a tub you can get out of.
Chapter 03
From a water-damaged bath to a finished one
Some bathroom jobs begin with a leak. A shower that has been leaking for months or a supply line that let go can leave subfloor, drywall and tile that cannot be saved.
Baxter dries and cleans out water damage, and Baxter rebuilds. The company that opened up the wall is the same one that closes it, tiles it and hands you back a bathroom, instead of a hole and a list of other contractors to call.
Baxter Construction has remodeled Yakima bathrooms from 2521 River Road since 1995. Licensed, bonded and insured.

After the bathroom was finished
Robbi Wilson wrote this to us in August 2016, after a bathroom remodel. We have left it as she wrote it.

I just want to send you a note to tell you how pleased I am with my bathroom remodel job. From the first person I contacted by phone, to the last guys that finished up the project, everyone was very professional and helpful.
I was so pleased that everyone was so conscientious and at the end of the work day, everything was cleaned up as good as possible during construction.
I will definitely recommend your company to others and will call you again if I need other projects completed in the future. Thank you so much.
